Okay, let’s get into… the astrology
Well, the Moon ingressed into Leo at 12:44 am ET early this morning and immediately made a trine to Jupiter in Aries, retrograde. So, if you were up, maybe you felt the energy shift from emotional to a more relaxed and jovial state. Or if you were sleeping, then hopefully you woke up in a very different mood than yesterday.
Yesterday was an emotionally intense day. Today should feel a little bit better, with this supportive and beneficial trine to Jupiter that starts us off. You could be feeling much more self-confident, outgoing, open-minded, and warm-hearted today.
Yesterday, the Sun also made a trine to Mars, and now it’s Venus’s turn. Venus will trine Mars at 10:20 pm ET. This is another beneficial aspect that can give us a boost in enthusiasm, charisma, and romantic tendencies.
This is a nice change from yesterday’s more heavy emotional energy and we could want to have some fun and be creative, cheerful, and more optimistic. It would be a good night for date night!
It could also be a good day and night for important relationship talks. With Venus in her home sign of Libra, Mars in Gemini, and Mercury in Libra out of its shadow, this could be a really beneficial time to talk about your values, relationships, love, and money, topics that have probably been simmering in the background during Mercury’s last retrograde and now with this Venus/Mars trine, you finally are finding the words (and the courage) to open up the conversations. This could also signify a feeling of finally having the guts to ask someone out on a date or make that phone call to your neighbor down the street that you’ve got a crush on and invite them over for coffee.
The energy of today is fun, flirty, and social—and we may want to make the best of it, because starting this weekend, things get intense.

What is the guidance for today?
Knight of Wands
On this card, you see a knight on his horse in full armor, wearing a yellow robe decorated with lizards (or salamanders?) and holding a wooden staff or wand in his right hand. He is wearing a helmet with a red fluffy feather blowing behind him. The horse is rearing up as if the knight is commanding him to charge forth. In the background, there are three pyramids in a hot desert.
The Knight of Wands represents impulsiveness, passion, energy, and action. This card symbolizes charging forth in pursuit of something. You know what you want and so you are going to rush toward it. This card is giving you a sign that you can go ahead and go after whatever it is that you are wanting to go after, but it may be wise to take a brief pause and see if the action you are wanting to take aligns with your goals or not, and then go forth. This card could indicate acting on impulse without thinking things through first, so I would just be careful of that.
I feel that this fits the Venus in Libra trine Mars in Gemini energy and the Moon in Leo trine Jupiter in Aries energy really well. It’s like we had an idea and now we want to go for it, but we need to stop, check-in and make sure it’s really the best use of our energy, and then move ahead.
