Without further ado, here is the daily horoscope.
Good Morning, friends!
Well, here we are on Monday…wow, this last weekend was a trip! I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but my Horary about the presidential election has gone kind of cray-cray and as of this morning, it’s been viewed over 1.5K times! That’s exciting for me, but also a bit scary, too.
For the most part, people have been kind in the comments. I do apologize for botching Vice President Kamala Harris’s name. My mother has corrected me, so don’t worry, I won’t do it again, LOL! It wasn’t intentional.
On another note, I have been processing a lot of emotions this last weekend surrounding putting myself out there on video—which is so uncomfortable! I actually prefer to stay hidden behind the written word, but for some reason, I am being led to make videos. It’s very weird and feels very quincunx-ish and does show up in my chart as transiting Jupiter in Gemini is forming a quincunx to my natal Mercury in Scorpio, so the expansion of my message, what I am saying, writing, and speaking to the world is being amplified and it’s a little uncomfortable.
This last weekend, the Moon conjoined Uranus in Taurus on Saturday and I have a story to share with you all about how that showed up in my life. My kids and I were invited to a Halloween party so, naturally, we got dressed up, my youngest was a skeleton, my middle daughter was an “interdimensional witch” and I was…a banana, but that’s not the funny part. The funny part was that we had to take an Uber to the party because my husband was using the van for work. The Uber driver arrived and said, “Are you Monica? Monica, the banana?”
“Yes, yes, I am.”
We piled into the car, car seat and all, my banana-butt hitting the ceiling of the car as I strapped everyone in, and were driven to the party.
The party was great! Fun treats, crafts, and people…and injuries! Here’s where the Moon conjunct Uranus comes in.
One poor kid slid on the kitchen floor and came crashing down on his chin, which split right open and started gushing blood. Right next to him was a kid dressed up as the Grim Reaper, complete with blood on his scythe, which thankfully was fake, but it looked like the Grim Reaper kid had sliced the other guy! I helped the other moms apply bandages to the boy’s chin and his parents whisked him away to the hospital where he received six stitches!
Not but maybe ten minutes later, another kid cut her foot on something and my daughter helped her get cleaned up and put a bandage on her boo-boo, but thankfully, she didn’t require any medical attention.
Moon conjunct Uranus can mean sudden, unexpected injuries to the body, especially of children and young people as those are two of the groups the Moon can represent, along with mothers, women, and groups in general.
The archetypal synchronicity was not lost on me, but I didn’t go spouting off astrological wisdom in the middle of a kid’s Halloween party and besides, I was a banana, which aren’t typically known for their divinatory skills—I had to play my part.
What about you? Did you experience anything crazy, wild, injurious, or surprising like this over the weekend? I would love to know.
Okay, let’s get into….the astrology
(all times are in Eastern time unless mentioned otherwise)
I hope this is helpful!
Until tomorrow,
