Without further ado, here is the daily horoscope.

Good morning, friends!

Okay, let’s get into… the astrology

On Wednesday, the Moon will be in Taurus all day and won’t ingresses into the sign of Gemini until Thursday morning.

First thing in the morning, though, on Wednesday the Sun in Cancer forms a square to Chiron in Aries bringing up where we feel vulnerable or at odds with our identities in some way and this aspect pushes us to face these uncomfortable feelings and try to heal them.  Old memories or programs may come up that need to be worked through and our dreams may be part of the healing process.

At 8:30 am on Wednesday, the Moon in Taurus makes a sextile to the Sun in Cancer bringing in grounded energy to this healing process that was started with the Sun square Chiron.  Things may go more smoothly this morning since the Sun is in Cancer, the Moon’s home sign and the Moon is in Taurus, where it is exalted, bringing good fortune, blessings, and more happiness to our personal lives.

By 12:41 pm ET, the Moon conjoins Uranus in Taurus and this may symbolize a twist, a turn, or a surprise in the story!  It looks like maybe a pleasant one too!  This is like when you are watching a movie and things are going along in a predictable manner and then something happens that you weren’t expecting and changes the circumstances for the characters, sending them in a different direction!  It’s the type of thing that makes movies fun and enjoyable, and hopefully will spice up your life with a little originality too!

By the late evening on Wednesday at 9:23 pm ET, the Moon in Taurus perfects a square to Venus in Leo and then an hour and a half later she forms a sextile to Neptune in Pisces at 10:59 pm ET.

The Moon and Venus in a square aspect between Taurus and Leo—fixed earth and fixed fire—could symbolize a moment between our circumstances and what we attract in our lives that could feel tense, dramatic, or challenging and have to do with our relationships, family, or finances.  I think that since the Moon is in Taurus which is Venus’s home sign and the Moon is in the superior position, there will be less conflict and fights, and more of a constructive, positive air to this transit.

Plus, Venus is in Leo the Sun’s sign and the Sun is in Cancer, the Moon’s sign, adding more support for the Moon, which means that what the Moon wants will be granted by Venus.  The Moon in Taurus wants to feel good and has a love for life that is tangible, grounded, and secure.  When the Moon is in Taurus we may feel more at ease, more solid, and worthy of affection, attention, and praise.  It’s also a time when our roots grow a bit more, since it is an Earth sign, so we could feel a sense of strengthening or fortification happening.

The Moon and Neptune in a harmonious sextile from Taurus to Pisces, with Neptune in the superior position indicates our circumstances feeling spiritually supported.  Our feelings may feel more real, more sensual, and more divinely guided.  We could experience intuitive hits like songs popping into our heads that have to do with what is going on or signs from the Universe that seem to support our efforts in some way; and dreams that bring new insights, clarity, and sensual affirmations!

On Thursday…

The Moon in Taurus makes one final aspect before she ingresses into Gemini, which is a trine to Pluto in Capricorn.  This symbolizes deep feelings easily coming to the surface and being exposed but since it is a trine they not only come without any major effort, but they are also easier to handle once they are there and shared!

At 3:25 am ET, the Moon enters Gemini, where she is peregrine, meaning that she does not have any essential dignity at all.  When the Moon was in Taurus it was her second favorite place to be, like a beloved vacation home where she had a wait staff that took care of her every need, but in Gemini, it’s like leaving that luxurious bungalow and traveling through a dry, cold barren land on her way to her homeland of Cancer where it will once again be fertile, lush, and fortifying.

In this barren land, the Moon in Gemini gets caught up in her head and is prone to hyper-thinking, over-analyzing, and not getting a lot of sleep!  So, while the Moon is in Gemini we may feel this way, like we are thinking a lot, speaking a lot, and trying to connect the dots, collect all the pieces of information, trying to make sense of them—where do they fit into the puzzle of our lives?

When the Moon is in Gemini we may love to connect with others and socialize, network, and strike up good conversations.  It is a youthful, curious, and playful Moon sign and represents a sort of vibe of being down for whatever fun thing comes your way! Gemini is so curious about life, lifestyles, and how people think that they can often find themselves in very interesting situations just so they may try them out for a bit—it’s a little like trying on different outfits of various contrasting styles just to see what it feels like to wear those looks, personas, and attitudes.  It’s definitely not a boring time of the month!

At 4:49 am and then at 6:51 am ET the Moon in Gemini forms a quincunx to the South node in Scorpio and a square to Mars in Virgo.  Mars is the dispositor of the South Node in traditional astrology, intimately linking these two transits.

The Moon quincunx the South Node speaks to a change or separation from something we may think we want or desire on an emotional level.  Then the Moon in a square to Mars, represents a situation where we may feel called to fight, compete, or prove ourselves in some way.  Or we may feel restless, tense, or impatient.  There could be something we are thinking about a lot that we want to take action on and get things going, clean things up, or check the items off our list, but with Mars energy, there is always the possibility for conflicts, discord, and trouble, so just be aware that this energy could be intense!  It could be used for good in that people will have the drive to get things done, but it could also be a moment of discontent or frustration.  Both the Moon and Mars are in the signs governed by Mercury, so looking at Mercury, which is in Leo, this square could be a bit more dramatic, loud, or animated than usual.  So, watch out for emotional flare-ups, theatrical displays, or “loud” communications!

At 12:39 pm ET the Moon in Gemini makes a sextile to Mercury in Leo, so this is positive in that people are trying to get their feelings and their heads to work together in a harmonious way!  And the theatrical displays could actually come off okay and with clarity.  So, people may be able to get their points across with this one, even with the square to Mars.

Right after this, the Moon perfects a semisquare to Chiron in Aries at 12:36 pm, and then three hours later at 3:06 pm ET, the Moon makes another semisquare to the sun in Cancer, with the Moon right in between the sun and Chiron who are separating from their exact square yesterday.

The Moon in Gemini is reactivating this tension between our missions, ambitions, and motivations and our feelings of inadequacy, vulnerabilities, and past wounds—the Moon is trying to figure it all out mentally and process the emotions.  It could be a time for healing or just a time to make note of all the pieces of the puzzle and sit on them for a while letting everything sort of sink in and fall into place naturally.

In the late afternoon, the Moon in Gemini perfects a square to Saturn in Pisces retrograde and this is where things can get a bit harder.  The Moon and Saturn coming together in a square aspect is a time of feeling blocked, restricted, or isolated in some way.  We have a lot of emotions or circumstances that we are trying to figure out with the Moon in Gemini, and Saturn in Pisces is forcing us to ask hard questions—putting everything we think under immense pressure.  This is where ideas, thoughts, and the data that we’ve gathered can crack under the weightiness and heaviness of Saturn and since Saturn is in the superior position, he will win.  If it’s meant to be it will pass the test, becoming a diamond in our lives, but if it’s something that is at all weak, it will break and disintegrate into dust.

Let’s move on to the card for the day:

What is the guidance for today?

0 The Fool

0 The Fool is the main character of the tarot, representing the soul’s journey through life. The Fool card is numbered “0” because it represents both the beginning and the end of the journey and the circuitous nature of life.

On this card, we see a youthful man, joyously galavanting on the edge of a cliff.  A dog trots alongside, looking up at him as he nears the limit. He is holding a traveling bag with his belongings, his karma, slung across his body, and in his right hand, an umbrella that is filled with a vision of the cosmos, representing both protection from the harsh elements, but also wishes, dreams, and exploration. On his vest is a white rose symbolizing purity.

Behind him is a refulgent sun illuminating the sky from behind large white clouds. The Sun represents Spirit, enlightenment, and being guided by something divine.

Usually, The Fool is looking up rather than down, focusing on the brilliant Sun, instead of the precarious positioning of his feet, meaning that he has faith that somehow there will always be earth to catch him, creating divine trust between him and all creation. In this depiction, though, he is looking down, representing that he knows the risks he is taking and he is paying close attention, making sure the bedrock is there before his feet land—this is an interesting twist of the symbolism of this card.

The Fool card represents facing new beginnings without fear; taking risks and going on new adventures. The Fool comes from a place of innocence, spontaneity, and free-spiritedness that guides him forward because he knows that by saying “yes” to life, showing up, and paying attention, the outcome will be even more brilliant than he could’ve imagined!

As the card for the day, this is saying to take risks! Be open to where life is leading you and have faith that you are being divinely guided. Let go of fear, doubt, and worry—the Universe only presents you with the lessons you are meant to learn, experience, and grow from, right? This is an invitation to acknowledge your fear and then step out into the unknown anyway—just go for it! If you’ve been waiting for a sign, this is it! The time is now to take a leap of faith!
