Good morning, friends!
Well, I came down with something on Friday—woke up with a sore throat, so I had to postpone my birthday celebrations for a few days until I feel better. I am writing this horoscope on Saturday, my birthday, so I still feel like crap as of this writing, but hopefully by Monday when you all are reading this, I will be on the mend. Update: it’s now Monday and as you can hear in my voice if you are listening to the recording, I still have this cold. It is getting better, though.

Okay, let’s get into… the astrology
Monday, November 28, 2022
Today the moon is in Aquarius and will reach the midpoint between Pluto in Capricorn and Saturn in Aquarius. This is a stressed position for the moon being that she is in between really heavy energy from both Saturn and Pluto. It is also kind of like she is picked up a message from Pluto and is on her way to deliver it to Saturn. Whatever was dredged up when she talked to Pluto, she is now carrying that message with her. The Moon will make several aspects with other planets along her way to Saturn, including a sextile with the Sun, then Venus, and then Mercury, and a square to Uranus, but she will end with a conjunction to Saturn in the wee hours of Tuesday morning ET.
So today could feel rather normal in the sense that we have some pleasantries between the Moon and the Sun, Venus, and Mercury—so we can accomplish some tasks and carry on with our normal daily routines, but by late this evening things could get a little bit heavier.
Moon and Saturn together can bring about feelings of isolation, loneliness, and a lack of support. It’s commonly a feeling of limitation in one’s circumstances.
Mars perfects his trine to Saturn today at 1:55 pm ET. This is a harmonious aspect between the two malefic planets. Mars is the planet of war, action, drive, and sex, and Saturn is the planet of isolation, time, restriction, and responsibility. The two in a trine aspect, which the ancients tell us is of the nature of Jupiter, could bring about something having to do with taking on more responsibility in life through action. This is a positive aspect, but we have to remember it is with the two malefics—and Mars is retrograde which can make him a less happy Mars. The last time we had Mars perfect a trine to Saturn was on September 27, 2022, when Hurricane Ian made landfall in Cuba(Maass, 2022). I know that every astrologer that I was listening to was talking about the Saturn square Uranus transit that was happening at that time, and I am not arguing against those two planets definitely signifying a hurricane, but if you were to focus on the seven visible planets only and see if any of them were representing a hurricane, it was Mars trine Saturn.
This is Mars retrograde trine Saturn--so, this is when we are going back over what was happening during that time and making some edits. Not only was Hurricane Ian ravaging Cuba and Florida, but NASA had just hit an asteroid with a spacecraft designed to defend Earth by altering the course of said asteroid (they were successful)(Maass, 2022). It will be interesting to see what comes up during this trine, with Mars retrograde. If this Mars retrograde is causing dust storms in your chart and you felt the Mars trine Saturn back at the end of September, chances are you will notice this transit again.
Let’s move on to the card for the day:
What is the guidance for today?
Three of Cups—Reversed
On this card, we see three women, holding wine cups. They have golden halos around their heads and are dressed in party dresses.
Whenever I pull this card I think of attending a wedding reception and women standing around gossiping about the newlyweds.
In the upright position, this card means celebrating something or someone, spending time with friends, being creative, or exchanging ideas.
In the reversed position, it can symbolize feeling a need to be independent or carve out some alone time for yourself. It could also mean that maybe you partied too much or you’ve been around too many people as of late.
I feel that as the guidance for today this card is simply saying to take some time for yourself to recuperate from the holiday weekend.

The Moon moves through the last 11 degrees of Aquarius today and while doing so, is void of course. Then she makes her ingress into Pisces at 7:14 pm ET. So, this signifies nothing really amazing happening today. Things may change by tonight after the Moon moves into Pisces where she will reach her first quarter phase tomorrow, but still, not a lot is happening with the moon today.
The Moon being void of course all day, for a total of 18 hours, may be a good thing because Mercury in Sagittarius is making an opposition to Mars retrograde in Gemini at 4:30 pm ET.
Mercury and Mars in an opposition could create arguments, irritations, and problems. People’s cars or machines could have malfunctions and breakdowns. The God of War is in a standoff with the Master of Arguments, it’s like an epic scene in a legal drama. But, with the Moon being void of course for most of the day, I feel that this will soften this aspect for us somehow, or maybe the conflicts will be outside of our immediate circles and therefore we won’t be directly involved. Of course, if Mercury and Mars are hitting sensitive points in your natal chart, then the Moon being Void of Course, will probably not matter too much.
For example, in my natal chart, Mars is retrograde in my first house of self, health, and vitality, and Mercury is in my seventh house of relationships, partnerships, and pleasure—I will most likely feel this opposition. Just briefly, I can already foresee this playing out because my husband is starting a new job this week and so our schedule has to adjust. This transit could be indicating the tweaks to our routines and the necessary communications that will surround those tweaks. There will be a period of polarization followed by compromise and cooperation. Seeing it reflected in the stars helps us understand and navigate our journey.

Eight of Wands
On this card, we see eight sprouted wands flying in from the left-hand side of the card and descending upon a serene mountain and river scene below. Cumulonimbus clouds grace the sky.
This card is all about something coming in fast—an action, a message, or a change. It could also indicate air travel and movement. Something is changing on the horizon. New information is coming in that will change the circumstances. It could also be an indicator of when the change, message, or action will occur—in eight days, weeks, or months.
This card came up last week on November 21, and I always find it interesting when we have repeat cards, especially from different decks. It’s like the divine is really trying to communicate a message. Plus, November 29th is exactly eight days from the last time that this card spoke to us—very interesting…
