Without further ado, here is the daily horoscope.
Good morning, friends!
Well, for the last couple of days, I have had no sense of taste or smell. It has started to come back today, as my coffee tasted more like coffee and less like hot water, but something that I found really interesting was that I lost them right after Venus conjoined Saturn in Aquarius—which could at a very basic symbolic level represent a restriction or limitation on something I find pleasure in, like smelling my food or tasting my coffee! I also cast my lunar return, since the Moon is in the sign of Pisces right now and that is my natal Moon sign and this conjunction of Venus and Saturn was happening in the sixth house of sickness in my lunar return chart! So, symbolically, I would expect to experience something Venusian having limitations that may be related to an illness—and literally, I lost my sense of taste and smell while being ill! You can’t make this stuff up!
Okay, let’s get into… the astrology
The Moon today is finishing up her journey through the last few degrees of Pisces and then she will make her ingress into the sign of Aries at 1:47 pm ET.
The end of Pisces, for any planet, is a tricky place because it’s in bound of Saturn, and the last decan of Pisces is ruled by Mars, so both malefics make these final degrees challenging. For the Pisces Moon, this could mean emotionally choppy seas, otherwise known as mood swings!
But, there are actually a couple of harmonious aspects for the Moon that may make these final degrees less painful—sometime around 2 am ET the Moon conjoined Neptune which could’ve brought vivid dreams, creative imagination, beautiful musical experiences, or a heightened sense of intuition. I did have a good ngiht’s sleep, did you?
Before Noon today the Moon will make a sextile to Pluto in Capricorn and this could bring intense feelings, deep emotional transformations, or change. Moon/Pluto transits are not my favorite as you all know, but in a sextile aspect, which is the nature of Venus, it could be a lot more pleasant—maybe more of my ability to smell will come back! Although, there have definitely been things I have been happy to not have smelled over the last couple of days—I will be really excited when these senses return!
Once the Moon makes her ingress into Aries this afternoon, there could be a sense of urgency, action, and competition in the air. Especially since immediately upon her ingress into Aries, the Moon will form a semisquare to Uranus in Taurus—so there could be a sudden urge to do something now, but you can’t. You may get an idea that you really want to implement, but you have to wait. This could be aggravating, frustrating, and maddening for the Aries Moon. The Aries Moon is independent, driven, and direct and knows what she wants, when she wants it, and how she wants to get it, and if things get in her way, tempers could flare! So, be aware of that for yourself and others during this time.
By the late evening the Moon will make a conjunction to Jupiter in Aries and then a sextile to the Sun in Aquarius. The Sun and Jupiter are still within the 3-degree range of engagement of their sextile and so the Moon is essentially joining the party! This is a favorable and harmonious aspect that could bring popularity, prestige, and success! Wherever this is happening in your chart you may experience more happiness, joy, and good fortune! When the Moon and Jupiter get together it brings bigger and better positive feelings, social successes, increased finances, and may even bring amazing dreams or prophecies!
A wonderful and beautiful aspect to end the night!

9 of Cups
On this card we see all these women swimming at the pool. Some are lounging, some are doing headstands or backbends, and one looks like she is running with joy or dancing! The little book from the deck reads, “Wishes made and received; happiness; positive, expansive feelings.” (Noble, 1981). What a succinct Moon/Jupiter card! There’s even a moon goddess carved into the pool wall!
So, as the guidance for the day, I feel this card is saying that beautiful things and experiences are coming. Our wishes will be granted and we will feel joy and happiness!
